Magister im Wirtschaftswissenschaften - meine enge Spezialisierung ist internationale Wirtschaft. Englisch und Deutsch spreche ich fliessend, Russisch und Dänisch spreche ich teilweise.
     Erste Geschäftserfahrungen habe ich in eigenem, kleinen touristischen Unternehmen gemacht. Als langjähriger Diplomat bin ich viel rumgekommen – am Ende habe ich doch eingesehen, dass meine Adratica der schönste Teil der Welt ist. Alleine und mit meiner Familie habe ich in folgenden Orten gelebt: Kopenhagen, Sarajewo, Berlin, Stuttgart, Dubrovnik, London, Split, Mostar und Tomislavgrad. Diese Agentur habe ich aus Liebe und Kenntnissen der Regionen gegründet; und Adriatica genannt. In Ländern die zu Adria gravitieren kenne ich sehr viele Menschen, die zu verschiedenen Gesellschaftsschichten gehören, vom Fischer bis zu Universität gebildeten Menschen. Habe auch viele Kontakte mit meinen Bekannten aus der ganzen Welt.
     Mein Wissen, Erfahrungen und Beziehungen stelle ich Ihnen zr Verfügung beim Verkauf oder Kauf von Immobilien. Bin diplomierter Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, kann Englisch und Deutsch fliessend sprechen. Nach meinem Studium habe ich in einem Regionalen Unternehmen Unis gearbeitet, als Spezialist für Planungen von Analysen und Buchhaltung. Nach einiger Zeit habe ich die Funktion als Kommerzielldirektor in Unis betreten. Im Jahre 1988 wechselte ich meine Arbeit als Leiter von einer Filiale der DTS in Medugorje (grosser Touroperator aus Dubrovnik). Wegen Erfahrungen und Erkenntnissen in der Touristenbranche – gründete ich meine eigene Agentur Petrotours, welche vorwiegend auf den Nordamerikanischen Markt orientiert war.

      Dieser Markt zeigt in den letzten Jahren kein Interesse mehr an Medugorje, deshalb beschäftige ich mich jetz mit dem Immobilienmarkt auf der Adriatica. Meine Sprachbeherrschungen, Erfahrungen und eine Menge an Bekanntschafften in der Adriatica, wie auf der ganzen Welt – werden Ihr Vorteil, beim Kauf von Immobilie, in der Adriatica sein.

I was born in the most beautiful city in the world - Dubrovnik - there, where all the life is totaly connected to the sea. That was the case from ancient times of old Dubrovnik Republic and the same situation is in modern times. Therefore - it was also my dream to have my proffessional life connected to our beautiful Adriatica. So - next to my work at the Adriatica Boats, I am studying Naval faculty at the University of Split.

Each day I meet a lot of prominent people from nautical branche, where I learn much about different boats. It will be a pleasure for me - to help you in your efforts to sell or to buy a vessel. My knowledge and my good contacts - is the guarantee for your success in that process. Besides my native Croatian, I also speak fluently English and have basic knowledge of Italian.

I have studied at bilingual English-Slovak Grammar School in Sucany ( close to Martin ), where all the subjects were taught entirely in English. I speak English fluently and also have a working knowledge of German. I have been to the UK several times as I like to travel, meet new people and different cultures.

For a while I have been running small recruitment agency focusing on Slovakians looking for a job in the UK. At the moment, besides Adriatica project, I have been running an internet hypermarket in Slovakia.

I remember lovely holidays in Croatia with my family when I was a child. Immediately I fell in love with this wonderful country. Since then I have been dreaming about my own house in Adriatica region. I know that many Slovakians share the same dream so I have decided to help you make it true. I have translated this website so the Slovak version could have been released.

I feel the responsibility for the success it brings on the Slovak market. I believe that my passion for what I have been doing, my knowledge of languages, honesty and good relationships with such a great Adriatica team - will help you get the boat of your dreams!

I have graduated at Moscow professional school - gaining degree of Informatics operator. After that I have studied and graduated Law degree at The Modern Science Academy - also in Moscow. Both these education have given me a good knowledge in law science - but also in modern technologies - which is very important at the present time. Besides my mother tongue - which is Russian - I speak very well English and Croatian. I have also basic knowledge of Spanish and Italian.

My first professional experience was at one huge company that had organized spectacular cultural events. After this, thanks to my knowledge of languages - I have worked on organization of business trips for well-known business people from Russia - to Croatia and Montenegro as well as vice versa.

I like to travel, to meet different people and cultures. Openness and honesty are very important to me. I like to work hard - alone and as a member of a good team. People at Adriatica Boats are very good coleagues and I enjoy to help them on different issues - specially in Russian speaking countries.

I am magister of Economy. I finished studying for a degree for Economic Political and International Relations on Warsaw School of Economics, economic university. Now I am finishing doctor studies on the same faculty.

I speak fluently Croatian and my English is on comunicative level. I am open, sociable and flexible person.

I have traveled a lot around the world, however – specially Croatia has atracted me with its incomparable charm. Therefore I am also engaged in scientific research of Croatia and Adriatica region. I can say that I combine business with pleasure.

My area of interest have always been information and communication technologies. ICT is a dynamic area where I try to catch a pace with all modern trends, knowledge and methods. Management, counseling, professional business web systems, building sophisticated web projects - that are my common duties.

I am trying to build up my knowledge on the Faculty of organization and informatics - specialization in "Business applied information technologies". I am fluent in English - written and spoken, and I can communicate in Spanish as well. Some of my hobbies are - football, music, traveling, cars...

My role in Adriatica project was from the beginning directed into the building of this advanced business system. Development and maintenance must be continuous - in order to maintain technological superiority of the whole system. Adriatica is evolving into the leading marine mediation system in the Adriatic region - making this kind of business easy to use for partners - easier than ever before.

His eye is catching all those tiny details that we are also staring on – but don't see it. Combinations of colors, lights, motives – he transfers to photography with a lot of skill. It is obvious that Stephan Lupino has capable successor.
